2025 AGM Notice
We wish to notify that our 2025 AGM will be held on Sunday 24th August at 8pm. Like previous years our AGM will once again be hosted on Zoom.
Members must register their attendance by Friday 22nd August at the following link: https://us05web.zoom.us/
You will then receive the Zoom link and other details ahead of the AGM.
- All paid up members who are aged 16 or over are entitled to attend and vote at the AGM.
- At the AGM a vote will be held on winding Inline Hockey Ireland up to become a full part of Irish Roller Sports Association as discussed at last year's AGM. Please see attached documentation.
- Notices of Motion for inclusion on the agenda must be submitted in writing no later than 21 days before the AGM (20:00 on Sunday 3rd August 2025).
- All nominations for the positions of the Executive Committee are to be forwarded no later than 21 days before the AGM (20:00 on Sunday 3rd August 2025)

- Vice-Chairperson (redundant if IRSA vote passes)
- General Secretary (redundant if IRSA vote passes)
- Financial Officer (redundant if IRSA vote passes)
- Female Development Officer
- National Programme Coordinator
- National Leagues Coordinator
