We are enthusiastic about restarting the Under 17 National Team this year with the intention of having a team compete at the 2025 European Championships.
The cancellation of last year's European Championships after team selection was majorly disappointing for the young athletes. While this was outside of IHI's control we are taking steps to try and mitigate such disappointment again, most notably a team will only be selected once the competition details are confirmed. This means the first number of sessions will be focused on player development and overall assessment.
Development / Assessment Sessions
These 2 development/assessment sessions are open to all male players with DOB 2009-2012, including those without Irish Passport. Players wishing to be considered for selection must make at least one of these 2 sessions. Each session will cost €20/£17.
