2026 National Team Plans

We are pleased to confirm plans for our national teams for the year ahead.

Having gathered feedback from players within the programme the decision has been made not to attend the 2026 World Skate Games in Paraguay due to the costs involved. If significant funding is secured this may be revisited.

We are however planning a full schedule of events for our national teams in 2026 and work starts now!

Passport Requirements?

By and large participation requires an Irish passport. If you are in the application process we encourage you to get in touch.

Passports are not required for the MIHWA (Masters, Veterans and Women's Masters) instead 5 years residency also meets requirements to be eligible.

Passports are not required for PAMA Cup but we are insisting as part of our long term planning that participants are in an active stage of the application process.

Training dates?

Full schedule is to be finalised but will be released on Spond and social media in the coming weeks.

This year Masters teams will have open sessions to allow a better selection process.
